Step 1: Estimate
First, our technicians inspect your vehicle to assess the type of damage that is present. We then use computerized estimation software to provide an estimate. Keep in mind, not all damage is seen while being inspected; there can be hidden damage that is visible only after the vehicle is disassembled.
Step 2: Disassembly
During the disassembly process, we dismantle the damaged areas of the vehicle. After being disassembled, our technicians can further inspect the vehicle for any hidden damage. If hidden damages are present we will work with you and/or your insurance company to make any necessary adjustments to the estimate.
Step 3: Order Parts
At this stage, we check the availability of required replacement parts and order them in a timely manner. The repair process can only begin once our facility receives all of the required parts.
Step 4: Structure Repair
Structural damage resulting from an accident must be repaired first. Our trained technicians will use a computer-based measurement system to analyze the frame of your vehicle, allowing us to accurately return your vehicle's frame to manufacturer requirements.
Step 5: Body Repair
In the body repair stage, technicians repair or replace the exterior panels and all metal finishing that is required. Sheet metal is installed and aligned before the vehicle goes to the paint preparations department.
Step 6: Paint
Paint preparation is a very important step in the refinishing process. During this step, our experienced paint specialists prepare the panels and then prime, paint, and seal to ensure the highest quality finished product.
Step 7: Reassembly
In the reassembly area, the final moldings and detail pieces are put back on the vehicle. The vehicle is examined using a computerized diagnostic program.
Step 8: Detailing
During the detail process, the vehicle's exterior will be thoroughly cleaned. The vehicle will then be road tested to ensure everything is functioning properly. A final inspection ensures the vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition.
Step 9: Delivery
Delivery is the final step in the repair process. It is at this point that we will explain the repair bill and the final paper work will be completed upon vehicle pick-up. If needed, we are happy to provide pick-up and delivery services, at no cost to you.
